Every year I have ordered seeds, I am always shocked at the total weight! My mind still has a hard time comprehending the idea that what you see in the above picture could actually fill our entire garden with an abundance of produce! This year I decided to weigh it all (minus the onion sets and seed potatoes which we will purchase later.) A mere 1 3/4 pounds has the capability to turn into...? That is the question? I am hoping to find out by keeping record of all that is harvested. But, the results won't be in until late October, after we harvest the last tomatoes, peppers, squash, and pumpkins. So stay tuned!
